Running tests and samples purchasing

Often before contract execution, customers need to test our products in order to prove the reliability of the product offered.

TECHNOINCOM LLC provides samples for testing at customers’ sites. Products provision and testing can be both free and on a fee basis on preferential terms.

• Products priced up to RUB 20,000 are provided free of charge.
• Products priced over RUB 20,000 are provided on a fee basis on preferential terms.

Payment terms for test samples of materials products:

• payment is made if the tests have been passed successfully;
• payment by instalments is provided for a time proportional to the time of the tests performance.

The actions, rights and obligations of a customer and TECHNOINCOM LLC within the procedure of check samples provision and testing, terms and other issues shall be documented in the contract. Test results shall be documented in the form of a certificate signed by a customer and TECHNOINCOM LLC.

Samples provision on a fee basis is a forced step caused by the negative experience gained during free tests running.
